Hi, When a visitor books a service (60-minute massage) on Tuesday at 10am, how do you prevent another visitor from booking another service at the exact same time slot? Is there a setting or am I misunderstanding the function? Also, I think it's essential that the owner of the site be able to delete appointments. Can that feature be included? Thanks!
Hello, 1.For your first issue Go to Appointments > Create Appointment > Add Time Slot and fill 1 on Appointment count. I don't see a delete appointment option or a plugin / theme update... are we supposed to download something? Thanks, Rosy
Well, it was there, but it disappeared. Last night, I was able to delete appointments. I guess the fix was undone. Hopefully it will be back soon because it's impossible to remove bookings - even if you delete the event completely.
