Appointway Theme - Change "booking" mesage

1) Where can I change this message? Can't seem to locate the file...

"Your appointment has been booked successfully. You have to pay the amount of xxxCAD at the time of appointment.
Thanks"

2) Also, if I add "[ink-appointment-form]" to my page, it's not working at all... (either in the text or visual tab, not with or without the quotation marks).

1. Follow the link given below,

2. Go to Pages > All Pages
and click on the edit option of desired page and click on "Text" editor of that page and add your shortcode there without quotation mark.

3. Go to the
wp-content\plugins\ink-appointment\ink-admin\appointments-form\getway\paypal\paypaltrans.php file
and change email message text from there paypal transaction mode.

And also go to wp-content\plugins\ink-appointment\ink-admin\appointments-form\getway\paypal-page.php file
and change the email message text from there for pay cash later mode.

This will solve your issue.
