Are these 2 plugins (qTranslates and Elegant Builder) compatible?

I would like to build a multi language website (English and French) on the Road Fighter template. I have built all my page (except the Homepage) with a plugin called "Elegant Builder".
How can I translate all the page I made with Elegant Builder ?

I found out a way to translate all my pages, I use Polylang. I would like to know how to translate the HomePage with this Plugin ?
