Auto Publish with premium purchase

I have the One Time payment setup to publish, yet when I do a test and purchase a listing on the One Time payment, it doesn't publish it. I still have to go approve it.

Any ideas?

Please deactivate all plugins and then check it .May be any plugin is conflicting.

I've deactivated all my plugins, even the iThemes Security, but when I test the premium purchase, it still goes to pending, I still have to approve it. Even though I have it set to publish.



Here you can see that its pending, yet its a Paid membership.

We have checked our theme and it works perfectly.
Please install a fresh copy of theme to fix this if you are not using any plugin and still issue is not resolved.

Does the Theme have to be installed or can it just be copied over via ftp?

 

Hello,

You can do it by any method via dashboard or from FTP.
Always keep backup of your theme. Keep the css code etc for future use.
Some time re-installation may be delete theme option content.

Ok, I deleted the wordpress install, the database, everything.


I created a new database.
I installed wordpress, version 4.0
I downloaded a new copy of the Geocraft Theme
I installed the theme through the WP dashboard, via upload.
I did NOT change anything, in WP.
The only thing I changed in the Theme, was to set premium to publish.
I went through the process of paying for a listing, as a test.
Its still pending, it is not publishing.

It seems like something is not coming back from PayPal or updating, etc. to let the site know it has been paid.

We have tested it again on a different setup and get the same thing, it doea not publish. So its something between paypal and the site, not knowing that the client has paid.
