i meet a serious problem my free listing account, normally when they update it, it will wait for re-approval of administrator. but if they tick the UPGRADE option below and proceed to paypal payment - do not make payment, and back the webpage, their listing automatically become Pro Listing with Blue Color Featured Tag. And later they may choose Status: Pending or Publish.
Go to the Geocraft Settings > Payment settings > Payment settings and set Paypal Sandbox Mode to No. Check image for reference also check your Merchant id.
i restate my URGENT problem for free listing client i had set to Instantly Publish Mode once Free Listing Client Publish their listing. Set whether you want to put the Free Listing to Instantly publish or pending mode. By default Free listing submission would be in Pending Mode After they publish, everything good. When they make some changes and press update, then they need to wait for my approval of their listing. At this condition, they select upgrade, proceed to one time payment, but they do not pay and click BACK Button to listing page. Next they REFRESH LISTING PAGE, then their listing become Pro Listing with Blue Featured Label, and in their listing edit page, it appear Option for Status, they can choose to Pending or Publish their listing. MY Paypal Sandbox Mode always in 'No' condition.
I've just tried this with standard firefox setup and the page timed out due to what it classed as 'sensitive settings' after backing away from my Paypal Sandbox. None of the listing settings seemed to have changed. Have yet to try other browsers so which browser did you use effyeweb?.
please in effyeweb.com , I had retry again in Google Chrome , still same, make yourself a free account inside - anything, publish a listing (your listing will publish, because i set it publish mode for free listing), after that go to edit your listing, update (your listing will pending, wait for approval, this is common security setting for website, as said before), then, you go to edit listing again, and select upgrade, choose one time payment, proceed to paypal, leave paypal page, go to refresh you free listing edit page, option for publish and pending will come out, now it become pro listing account. payment sandbox mode is 'no' is it because I set Free Listing account in publish mode?
We are able to regenerate this issue, it happens in a very specific condition. We are working on the update to fix this issue and we will release a update for this soon.
the totally same problem Happen again, totally same as before. client can register paid listing without payment. because the one time payment and recurring payment had pass their listing before proceed to paypal payment, that mean before client make real payment, their paid/premium listing already in their dashboard after the confirm and chekout before paypal payment. i had tried many times, client can do it do it again without payment.
this time client do not need to register free account before get the paid listing free, client can register premium account directly and checkout, then is done, FREE.
