How can users change their avatar image to their own images like the screenshot below. For example if they want to put their own picture there.

To change image with your own, firstly you have to sign in by using the link given below,

https://en.gravatar.com/

and set your image over there.

After that go through Dashboard=>Seeting=>Discusssion=>Default Avtar and tick on Gravatar Logo over there..

This way you can set your own image..
