Back up to Drop Box plug in not working

Hello,

I always back up my websites using the wordpress back up to dropbox plug in but it doesn't seem to be working on this web site.

I have installed and activated the plug in and linked it with my drop box account but when i try to run a back up nothing happens.

We have checked "WordPress Backup to Dropbox" plugin with our theme and it is working fine.
