background does not show up properly on screen size 1280-720

Hi, a customer of mine mentioned that my website looks strange on her phone. I recently got a samsung s 3 with screen size 1280-720 and I can see what she meant. Instead of the the white background a blue box with a white ? is tiled throughout the page. First I thought it may have something to do with me modifying the code but then I looked up your live demo and it shows up the exact same way. Please help.

This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

 

Hi, I am a bit confused by your answer. What plug- ins are you referring to? The picture I attached is how your Live Demo (http://inkthemes.com/wptheme/roadfighter-yoga/) shows up on my phone. I do not have access to your plug-ins, and I cannot tell people to change their phone. This is a design issue please help. Thank you

We have checked our demo in different media devices and it is working fine, Please check demo again after clearing cache and also check demo at any other browser.

 

Same issue here for my friend on Samsung S3. All those blue question marks. ?

I have a S3 too and have checked it also. I loaded my site with does the same and your demo site. Both doing it.

 

The answer to this issue is that the theme runs on other devices. Just tell your customer to through out their phone and get one that this them works on.

 

Mind me helping out, the problem exist bcoz the background is empty. Just get a white background and upload it at Appearance -> Theme Option -> General Settings -> Background Image. I have seen this problem in Samsung devices and did as what mentioned above. Works perfectly.
