Background Image in 3 column featured area

    How can I put a background image in the 3 column Featured Area? Also how can I limit the text so all the blocks would be the same size. Like a "read more" link. Thanks

    Hello. I was able to try out a background using the codes given to another inquiry in this forum and decided to just not use it. Thanks anyway, Sirs.
