Banner Search button to be replaced with contact info

how can i replace or delete the search field in the top right side, and be able to use that space for the logo banner, like 900px X 180px, the space below the search looks NOT good.

also i would like to replace the color of menu to dark gray or black, and be able to change the color where the main video and below and footer!!, THX

Also how to take the name of the post owner in the top of every video??
