Basic Contact Form is missing from BusinessGrow purchased theme

Hello - I have been trying to get the contact form on the BusinessGrow theme to work for about 2 hours now.

My site: http://designtecky.ca/francais/ (everything is up to date and I just purchased the theme).

I wanted the BusinessGrow theme because I have clients that would like an affordable site option and this one seems very basic and easy to use.

But - even when I follow the instructions in your theme options area "Leave blank if you want to use default wordpress contact form" - there is no form.

There is an error message for contact form 7 - a plugin which does not come with the theme. I find that event your demo site http://inkthemes.com/wptheme/business-grow-demo/ is showing the same problem with the contact form 7 error message that appears in my site.





I have often found that when I purchase your themes there are little glitches that seem obvious as soon as I start working with them. You should really finish cleaning up these little problems before selling the themes because it is frustrating to be trouble shooting when all you want is to use the theme as it was advertised without any customization and it still gives you problems.

I've been through the support forums looking for an answer to this issue and because of this problem I tried the formget product you promote (though I don't want it) and even that does not work as the theme options direct.

I then tried following the instructions on your support forum page: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/short-codes-on-front-page.10082/ - using the formget shortcode in the indicated area of the frontpage.php (which I should not have to do to make such a basic part of the theme work) & all that did was change the error message to show the formget shortcode instead of the contact form 7 error.

What you show on your promo page is what I want - how do I get this please:

I have one more question about the Contact form - the one provided is lovely since it is styled with the site colours but the Your Message is too wide and is almost touching the map next to it. Can I make it the same width as the Name and Email boxes?
