Basic Google Maps Placemarks Plug in not loading

When i first installed this plug in it was working no problem but now it just says loading map:

When i checked out their support forum i found this thread:

When i deactivated all my plug ins it still said loading map so i changed the theme and the map started loading again. So my guess is his suggestion of the functions.js file isn't being enqueued is probably correct. Can anyone please help me figure this one out? I've already added 18 markers into my map and dont have the time to start over again with a new plug in.
