Bizway- Change slide transition to fade

Hi, I have the latest version of Bizway. I want to change my slider transition from "slide" to "fade".
I followed the instructions here: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/a-few-edits-for-bizway-help.843/#post-2836 --- and it does not work in mine.
Mine is set to fade and it still slides:

Go to Js directory > flex-init.js file present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below



This will solve your issue.
