Black box with video link

When I do not upload and only add a link to YouTube there is not more shown than a black box. NO play options , nothing ?

Also not with YouTube link , neither with own upload I see a thumbnail ?

It seems that you have not set the permalinks...

Go to Settings=>Permalinks of your dashboard and set the permalink available.

It will resolve your issue.
