Blackbird, activation problem

    Hi, I'm new to this but I'm having problems activating a Blackbird Pro theme I purchased. When I active the theme all I see on screen is;

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/smart308/public_html/wp-content/themes/blackbirdtheme/functions/dynamic-image.php on line 1

    When activated I cant even get back into Wordpress admin until I delete the theme from Filezilla. I have re-loaded the theme and even re-loaded Wordpress but I'm still getting the same problem. My site is smartbuyersclub.com.au
