Blackbird Pro theme - sidebar

I recently purchased the Blackbird Pro theme after not having the page options I needed with the Blackbird theme. There seem to be problems with the sidebar spacing however - please see http://www.palomanewbusiness.com/theblog/

I am a code novice so I'm not sure how to rectify this. Please can someone help with this ASAP?

We are not getting your issue. Please explain little more, What problem you are getting.

 

I had to remove the widgets from the sidebar last night when I hadn't heard anything. I've put them back up again now so you'll be able to see the issue when you go to http://www.palomanewbusiness.com/theblog/
