Blog on front page? how

    I have on the menu Health Blog which I put on menu but how do i get my posts to show on front page?

    They are not showing up anywhere?

    also my pictures on front page sliders are so big how can I resize the area so pics want look so big? do i need to resize each pic?

    I have checked your site.
    For blog page:
    Just click the "HEALTH BLOG" menu tab. It will drop down you to the blog page.

    For slider image:
    Images you are uploading are small. Please upload images of recommended size (1920 X 650)px.
    It will look good.
