To make desirable changes, just paste the code given below in Custom CSS section.
(Dashboard->Inkthemes->Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

.content_wrap .content .post .post_content img.alignright {
    float: right;
}
