Blog Timestamp Formatting Issue

The issue is on the blog: http://rosariocounseling.com/blog

It appears that randomly under the blog title it will say "Posted onRCA Admin in......onDecember" why are the spaces missing after Posted on and beside the date? It appears that it affects some blogs, but not others.

Any help appreciated. Screenshot attached.

It seems that you have customized single.php file so please download a fresh copy of theme from members area and replace it's single.php file with your current single.php file.

It will resolve your issue.
