    Hello Inkthemes' Team,

Both Select and Radio Custom Fields do not work (Geocraft 1.7.9).

Indeed, after creating Select and Radio Custom Fields from Admin, I've tried to add listings using those new fields, but cannot find what I've chosen (when adding listings) in the Admin: For example, I selected "Non" when creating listing, but found nothing in the Admin.

Please check and help; I've just sent you my login/password via [email protected]

    Regards,

    Hello Anto,

The problem is you are not adding "HTML variable name" in the radio and select field.
I have added unique variable name for those fields.
For example please check "The Quality Hotel Wembley – London" listing.

    Hey Nitesh,

    Unfortunately anto is right.

Both mine are broken as well. They are required, the user selects the field, however does not display on the page. Even when it is called correctly. Displays on the submit listing page, however does not transfer to hold in backend it looks like.

I have variable names, and being linked correctly.

Hopefully you guys can look into adding a checkbox input field while this problem is being fixed ^^
Or to remove radio and add checkbox ^^, seeing how select and radio do just about the same thing :p

    Hello Kent,

    - Yesterday, I finally resolved the issue by changing simply the html variable of the custom field (it must be unique, of course).
    - Yes, I agree that "checkbox" input field is more useful than "select" and "radio" field. Hoping Inkthemes's Team will be able to add that custom field on next releases.

Thanks Anto, Ill try just re-placing the variable. Perhaps I edited it without knowing one night.
