Breadcrumb "Home" does not translate or switch to other language

Hello, I just got installed the theme in a site and I'm having the following issue:

The site has installed Wordpress (in Spanish ) the "home" shows up in english in breadcrumbs.

My question is how could I edit it so it get translated by Wordpress or (at least) how could I manually edit it so it says ("Inicio" instead of "Home")
