    The theme is not compatible with Internet Explorer 7 ...

    What is the oldest version of browsers listed below the theme is compatible with?

    Internet Explorer ?
    Chrome?
    Fire Fox?
    Safari?

    Only internet explorer 7 and its earlier version doesn't support the CSS even wordpress doesn't reccomend to use IE7
    and in rest of the browser you can run the theme.
