I would like to build buttons that will allow the user to login or post an ad from the main page, but that main page is completely custom page that may or may not be part of the theme. In wordpress, you can have multiple themes installed. For example, you have a default theme, but you also have another theme which is activated for specific pages. Other possibility of setup is to have a custom home page that has links pointing to the main blog theme. In any case, can I have a link in the main page (which is not part of the theme) be directly connecting to the theme? For example, I would like to make a "Post an ad" button on the main page and I'd like this to act the same way as when the user clicks "Post Free Ads" in classicraft. I. e. when the user clicks "Post Free Ads" the user will be pointed to the login prompts if user is not already logged in or the user will be able to see the first screen of posting an ad process. I would like the custom button "Post an ad" in the main page to achieve this. Kindly, let me know how to do this. Thanks,
Hello, It is not possible to add button with same functionality but yes you can add a button for "Post an ad" in your static page and add a link in it, which redirect user to the classicraft theme's login page. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
