Building drop down menu

Hello,
After adding more pages and sub-pages, I cannot create the drop down menus anymore. When I arrange the submenus by dragging it to the right and click on "Save Menu", the submenus move back to the left.
This was working fine until I added more pages.
How can this be fixed pls?

 

If you are using any plugin, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem,This will solve your issue, If not then

We have checked your website and created new pages and added them in menu, and everything is working fine. There is no problem in creating drop down menu. Please check it and do contact if problem still exists.

 

I checked again and the issue appears to be with Internet Explorer (I am using IE9). It works fine in Google Chrome so I am happy to use Google Chrome for now.
