Hi, sorry for this duplicate again, I was trying to following these instructions http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/bulk-renew-expired-listings.7709/ to renew all the recently expired Paid listings on my dev site, but nothing is changing, the listings remain in "Draft" mode. Anybody else try this yet and find if there is some little trick to it? Not at all sure what I'm missing Thanks for any input ~CJ

Hi, haven't heard anything back yet, have you checked? We are having a couple other problems with these bulk listings too (separate threads) and would like some feedback before/by the weekend if possible as its been a few days and things are being held up now on the project, thanks for your help !!

HELLO SUPPORT, I'm a little frustrated here with this and another post request for assistance as I don't understand the delay. I have resent the email info again, although I have not received any further communication from support since the original posting date of Oct 21, other than Nitesh's request for support email on 10/22 which I provided. I have attempted the previously given instructions and it is still not working. Thank goodness this isn't a live client site!! However, we need to address this on a live site very soon and therefore we need to know we have a workable solution here. PLEASE ADVISE - THANK YOU !
