Bulk Uploading with Excel Spreadsheet

Hi,

What is the correct Excel Spreadsheet Heading Settings for when I want to upload many (bulk) new businesses for FREE Listing, and they later can claim the listing.

What I mean is: In the Excel Sheet, what top headings do I need for each free business listing eg, Biz Name, Phone, Address, Pending, etc., or does it not matter what I name the headings?


Because it will be for Free Listings only, I'm guessing I don't need headings for things like Description and Map location etc.
Also... Does it need a Post Authority Number?

Can you provide a sample.

Please advise ASAP

I now see that the export file contains column headings (because Idid import the sample data).

I still am not sure how to create a bulk import JUST for new tags, new Business 'Locations', and new Categories.
