    1. How do I edit the top menu like changing the menu order, etc.

    2. How do I make the business categories a drop-down menu so if you mouse-over All Listings it shows a drop-down of all the categories (Accounting, Web Design, etc.)?

    3. I want to have a second drop-down for Restaurants with its own set of categories like Chinese, Italian, Steakhouse, etc. How do I do that?

I asked about 2 and 3 on the WSO and was told they were possible. I was glad to see the AWPCP classifieds plugin seems to work fine with Geocraft.

If you haven't added other pages to your menu yet you might need to see the example first:
EX: Appearance - menus. See the box on the left for Listing Categories & check the categories you want (some i've discovered just don't show up, so use view all & the search tabs), click add to menu & they show up on the right side now under your menu, then drag & drop the bars in the order you want. Just indent where you want add'l dropdowns in the menu
    1) appearance - menus - pick the menu you are talking about (top menu?) then drag & move around the pages in the order you want (indenting one in after the main heading)- save menu - refresh your page
    2) if your talking in the widget area right sidebar - appearance - widgets- drag the Geocraft Listing Categories from the left over to the widget area on the right you want the dropdown menu to show up on - now click the top arrow on the Geocraft Listing Categories in the widget & check display as dropdown - save : will give you a dropdown menu of all your categories
    3) same as #1 but indent in a 2nd time to have the 2nd drop down menu - save menu - refresh your page

Yes, I know how to normally create and edit menus. The problem I have is no menus show up in Appearance--> Menus (see attached pic).

For #3, I want it as a separate menu item not part of the main business category drop-down.

You can make as many separate menus as you like to put them all over the site in the top menu bar or anywhere on the sidebar or footer widgets? I don't see any Listing Categories in your pic? Your pic is just the empty menu bar before you create a menu? Do you have Listing Categories created that you can add to the menu? From your picture, you need to create a new menu & drag the Listing Categories over to it... not sure I'm understanding what you want to do?
