Business Description Issues

It appears I've lost the business description area - it doesn't come up when someone registers and goes to add their listing. If I'm adding a business from the admin dashboard, I get the usual page for posting. Could this be due to the fact that I only have free listings setup currently?

What do I need to do in order for clients to have the option to list a business description themselves?

Resolved. Found the thread suggesting a custom fields reset. : )
