Business Website Change

Yesterday we had a change done to our site which for some reason changed many things.

We did as for one feature to be resolved but in the process many pages , buttons etc all changed back.

When we saw this happen we had the heart in the mouth feeling and had to reply to the team here with about 10 - 15 emails to resolve...

i have heard no reasonable answer as to why these changed were so dramatic.

CAN YOU NOT WARN THE CLIENT THAT SOME THINGS CAN CHANGE PRIOR TO JUST GOING AHEAD AND DOING IT????

i expect to hear from the team on Monday to resolve....

ps.. i requested the website to go back t non responsive in feb 2013 , this was done , as desired but no we are back to responsive again...
