   I think it's based on Logistics so I write here.
   I purchased this theme and I made clean installation. I imported demo data and it's ok.
   In page book a cab ... the booking form doesn't appear.
   In the front page, bookin form is showing but seem that it's not working.
   I installed Google Maps API key correctly

   Please make use of Booking Widgets under Home Page Widget Areas.
