Can I add a 4th feature circle on home page?

This is an old post but maybe you have an easy answer by now.
I was hoping to find an CSS code in this support forum to add a Fourth Circle. Do you have a code available to do this customization?

PS: - The three circles is nice but when you few the site on mobile the balance is out - two circles on line one - one circle on line two....
