Can I limit blog posts on homepage for Business Grow?

Hi.

My client would like the blog section of the homepage for Business Grow to be condensed considerably. Can we limit the number of visible posts to just 3 (the most recent)? And have only the featured image and title showing?

After that, can there be a link to a page that shows all of the blog posts in sequence?

I figured out the blog page, yay.

So can you help me condense the blog section on the homepage? 3 most recent posts, only featured image and title. And can we possibly set a background for that area besides the white?

Attached is a screenshot of what is there. I would like the 3 most recent posts to display, and not more. Also, please have only the featured image and post title showing. Also attached is what it looks like now, which my client does not like.
