Are all those form fields required or can I choose which ones get used / displayed? How do I remove select form fields? Ron
Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do that with our theme. All the field are essential part for the form. Could you please specify us with the help of screen shot images that which field you want to remove.
