Can not get into "appearance -> theme option" on wordpress!

Can someone here help me with this problem, i have the latest wordpress (3.6.1–sv_SE) installed but it's in swedish.
I have installed 4 different themes (bizway, colorway, subscribely and salejunction) and none of them seems to work when i click on appearance -> theme option? (just a blank/white page)
Need some urgent help!!!

Re-download the fresh copy of WordPress from WordPress.org and upload it after that install the themes, It will works.
