Can not write on the page

Hello . I am new in this color theme , so I hope to bear with me . I was finally installed the themet . The corresponding other things I can not install . Currently, it is not the big problem , but I can not write in the created pages . I think I remember there was something that had to be done otherwise I could not write to the created page . I know how to create pages and so on. However, there is no " writing instruments " . I can not get the cursor back and there will be no writing utensils forward , so I I can write . See attached pdf file. I have taken a screnn of the page as it looks when I have opened a new page , and will write in it. Hope you understand what I mean Many greetings Pia
