Can the slider dimensions on the Blackbird theme be changed

Hi there
I need to have a slider which keeps the dimensions of the images as posted as I need to have differing sizes of images due to the content. The way the slider is at the moment stretches them. Is this possible. Thanking you in advance

The only possible solution is to create white background of dimension 950 x 390 pixels
and paste your slider images over it with the help of photoshop or any other photo editing tool.
And then upload images in their respective slider image upload sections.

 

Thank you for that, I will give that a try - otherwise I may need to change the theme.
