Can you help me remove the words 'first-feature-image' from the search results

I can't seem to find a way to remove the words 'first-feature-image' from the seach results. Please see the screen shot.

The web site is www.carpetcleanerbarnsley.co.uk and the search term was 'merlin clean barnsley'
