Cannot add any menus - pages - Earlier Issue Still not resolved!

hi there

we are really getting frustrated with this theme - i once again have tried to add pages and yet agaijn we loose pages from our website...

we have a simple menus that is our main menu - this has always been a problem with this bug...

we have also set up a menu called full that is not our main menu.

in the simple menu i cannot add eg. MOI3D Gallery without loosing contact us and hardware menu

can i get a top response from one of your experts on this as it is starting to cause our business alot of wasted time

please check it and tell us why we have been getting bugs and missing pages when trying to build out website
