Cannot download any of the themes I paid for

I can't download any of themes I paid for.

I bought the entire package and paid the subscription for a couple of months. I now cancelled the subscription for the newer themes but now I can't access any of the other ones I had!! I get this message:

"You have no access to Protected Content." Then it tells me to subscribe again. I don't want to subscribe I only want the other themes I already had.

NEED THIS DONE ASAP

Your issue has been resolved. Now you can download all the previous Theme that you had before your unsubscription.
