Cannot get theme

    I am a full member and when I try to dowload BlogSpring it says I do not have access?

    Your support is poor. I posted this many days ago and no response.

    Please resolve my issue or I will have to cancel my subscription.

    I had the same problem, I purchased the full membership and it says I don't have access to the BlogSpring template. Were you able to get it? I still cannot.
