I uploaded the zip file and made it my theme. There is nothing in the sidebar showing Inkthemes. Nothing showing "Ink Import Export". I went to plug ins>add new>upload, and tried to upload the two files, but both read: "The package could not be installed PCLZIP_ERR_BAD FORMAT (-10) UNABLE TO FIND END OF CENTRAL DIR RECORD SIGNATURE"
Hello, You need to download the zip file of your theme along with JSON and XML files. Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload Upload & activate the theme, by using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON). I have activated the theme, but cannot find the import export plug in that will allow me to upload XML and JSON.
I do not have the import export plug in available on my member page, nor is it available on the Wordpress directory. Only a zip file, J.SON, and XML file. Also, the zip file that is activated is : Ink Leads Capture Pro Plug in. I ordered the Repairpoint Pro plugin. Please look at my account to see what is missing. Thanks
