I can't change the default footer for some reason. I added a text widget into all three parts of the footer, but it only shows up once someone had input their information and clicked send. How can I fix this?

So, I guess my next question is how do I get the edits I make to show up faster? Im using google chrome is there another browser this would be more compatible with?
