Can't change logo

    I'm in Theme Options > Custom Logo. I try to upload my logo and get an error message - Upload Error: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2015/04. I get the same message if I try to upload a background image or a heading image. Any insight into what's going on, and how I can fix it?
