Can't change the color in Styling Options

Today I installed the new version of Geocraft theme. I tried to change the color on www.kreuzlingen.info from green to black, but I didn't work. Can you help.

Would you please deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Its a fresh install, only 2 days old, Do I still need to reinstall

I updated the theme to 2.0.8 and could change the style colour. This worked until I reloaded my translated German language file, after which I could no longer change the colour.

Ok, it seems that I cannot use a translation for the various colour schemes, eg. Black = Schwarz, Green = Grün, etc. Otherwise the style options reverts to green. Looks as though there is a problem with variables there.
