Can't download the themes

    Hi, I purchased the 147$ bundle themes but now I can't download any of them.

    Could you please help me? Thanks!

    Would like to tell you that your subscription is not active. That's why you are not able to download the themes.

    Kindly reinstate it to access the themes.

    Last subscription payment that we got from you was on 03/17/16.
