Can't download themes

    I have a membership but every theme I try to download any theme, I get the message, "You have no access to Protected Content [file-116]"

    I can download documentation and PSD files but not the themes.

    Try again, now you can download all the theme from members area.

    Ive downloaded the theme installed and activated it... but for some reason when I look at my site it gives me a "captcha 7+3" code in the lead capture area and is not putting the "name" "email" "phone number" in the boxes
