Can't edit an address - theme update 1.8.2

I am not able to edit the address if it is entered incorrectly.

You can edit address by editing front end dashboard.
Please do let me know which process you are following.

I created a listing and realized the address was incorrect. When I try to edit that address it will not allow me to. I can type the new address in but when I save it goes back to the old address. This did not used to be the case with the prior theme.

 

This problem also requires a response from support.
