Can't Get Select Time to Work

Hi - I can't get "select time" to work in the Booking Form. I've gone in and created 2 services, set each to Mon-Sun (every day), with 15 min interval appointments from 12 am to 11:45 pm every day. When I test the form it allows select service and date, but for time it says "unavailable".

Ideally would like unlimited appointment slots with users able to write in their time (whatever time they want) and not have to select from a drop down.

This is for a shipping service so we have unlimited appointment slots, dates and times.

To clarify, not only would I like to get the Time slot issue resolved but also I need to change the form.

The first section with name, email & phone is fine.

Then need 2 sections:
1) Select Start Date
Service: ____
Date: ___ Time: ___ (Instead of drop down can users simply write in a time? Or not?)
Location: _____
(remove price)

2) Select End Date
Date: ___ Time: ___
Location: _____
(no price)

Instead of "Book Appointment" want it to say "Request Quote" - I already changed this.

This is for a shipping service. We need to know the customer's start date, time & location, then end date, time & location. We can't publish prices because it varies.

When customers submit the booking form we want instant notification via email. Then we will call/email them with a price.

Can we get the notification to the admin be instant, instead of having to wait 7 days before the appointment to get a reminder?

You will get the things done fine, I have done the same for one of your services, please check Brakes Service, you will get the time field populated properly.
