Can't log in wp admin panel (error page)

I really don't get why support is in a "forum" display. It makes no sense. As we pay for a service, support should be given by email. My problem is technical and does not apply to a forum thread. Anyway... My issue: Log in won't work, I have no idea why, and I need assistance.
