    Hello,

    For this go to the
    Appointments > settings > Other Settings > Captcha on/off

    On captcha from there.

    Hello,

Firstly go to the Plugins >Installed Plugins panel in your dashboard and delete the Ink Appointment Plugin from there.

And then download the updated copy of Appointway Theme from the members area (http://inkthemes.com/members/member)
and, upload and activate it in your dashboard.
    See the link for reference.
    http://www.inkthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme-by-inkthemes/05/

And then activate the Ink Appointment Plugin in your dashboard
and go to the Appointments > settings > Other Settings > Captcha on/off ,
    On captcha from there.

    This will solve your issue.

    Hi Piyush,
I tried what you suggested - deleting the plugin and then reinstalling the latest (1.1.0) version of the theme and this is the error message I am getting now when I try to activate the plugin see screen capture below - what do I do with this problem please?

    Hello,

I received a message that told me to delete again, re-download the theme, reinstall the theme, reinstall the plugin then activate - I think the problem was that I had my child theme active when I installed the plugin so this time I activated the parent theme activated the plugin made sure it was working then activated the child theme and reactivated the plugin.

Now the plugin is fine the captcha is there but all the customization I had done one the plugin forms is gone and I could just cry - this represents hours and hours of work!

Is there a way to preserve plugin customizations when you update a plugin like a child theme does for theme customizations?
    thanks,
    Rosy

    Hello,

It is not possible to do so but you can save your customized file manually.
You can save your plugin customized file in your system and then update your plugin.
And after that do the same customization in the updated plugin file by comparing the previous customized file.
